This short was made for Manchester Actors’ Platform MAP21 Film Challenge, in which we had 21 days to conceptualise, write, shoot, edit and upload a short film featuring a particular prop from a list of choices. Our submission was well received and was nominated for ‘Best Director’ & ‘Best Use of Prop’ by a panel of industry professionals.

A sad, lonely ghost bound to a house discovers that there is more to life (or death) than the endless cycle that they’ve been trapped in.
​
Inspired by the 2017 David Lowery film ‘A Ghost Story’, we used similar imagery to tell a different story, one relevant to how we were all feeling over lockdown.
​
This is the first project we've made to feature a completely original score, by the Cumbrian musician/composer, Owen Evans.

A young woman is struggling to come to terms with the unexpected death of her fiancé. However, strange occurrences in the house could indicate that she isn’t as alone as she thinks she is.​​
